At Midnight Shine, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

14-Day Return Period
You must contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Where reasonably possible, the item should be returned with its original packaging and any accessories included with the order.

Earrings & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or whose protective packaging or hygiene seal has been opened cannot be returned. This restriction does not apply if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, color, or size, or for another personal-preference reason, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, Midnight Shine will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. We may request your order number and photographs of the item so that we can review the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original standard shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
